中文摘要 为了探索生态智慧引导下的流域综合治理途径,文章基于先前流域治理智慧的分析,提出生态优先-以水为核心-以绿道为触媒的流域综合治理模式。据此,以大盈江流域为研究对象,综合运用GIS平台、水利工程技术、植被净化途径与MSPA方法,首先从宏观、中观、微观3个维度重构流域陂塘系统,促进活水、净水与科学用水;其次依托流域水系,从生态学视角构建流域绿廊网络;最后构建一轴两环的绿道体系,提出以绿道为触媒整合流域资源、促进产业协同发展的流域振兴思路。研究结果不仅为陂塘智慧的继承与创新提供视角,也为生态智慧指引下的流域综合治理提供借鉴与参考。

英文摘要 In order to explore the comprehensive management approach of the watershed from the perspective of ecological wisdom.The comprehensive watershed management model of ecology first-water as the core-green way as a catalyst was proposed based on the analysis of the previous watershed management wisdom.The Daying River Watershed was taken as the research object with the approaches of GIS,hydraulic engineering,vegetation purification and MSPA,first,the basin impounding lake system was reconstructed from the three dimensions of the macroscale,meso-scale and microscale for running water,purifying water and scientific water use.Second,the green corridor network of the watershed was constructed from the perspective of ecology based on the water system of the watershed.Finally,a greenway system with one axis and two loops was constructed and the idea of basin revitalization using a green way as a catalyst to integrate river basin resources and promote the coordinated development of industries was proposed.The results not only provide a perspective for the inheritance and innovation of impounding lake wisdom but also provide a reference for the comprehensive management of river basins based on ecological wisdom.
