中文摘要 基于游客感知视角、运用重要性—绩效分析法(IPA)开展城市绿道生态系统文化服务(CES)评价,有助于优化绿道设计和提升绿道文化服务质量,为CES评价测度推广提供新途径。文章运用IPA构建CES评价模型,将武汉东湖绿道划分为湖滨道、湖中道、山林道3种类型,并基于本外两地游客感知视角对这3种绿道类型进行评价。结果表明,本外两地游客对东湖绿道CES各项服务需求与感知存在4种差异,即重要性同—绩效同、重要性同—绩效异、重要性异—绩效异、重要性异—绩效同。在对比分析游客感知差异的基础上,提出3项文化服务提升策略:1)结合本外两地游客共性需求,重点发展5项文化服务;2)满足不同游客主体需求,针对性调整2项文化服务发展方向;3)补足文化服务短板,综合提升东湖绿道文化服务能力。

英文摘要 The evaluation of urban greenway's ecosystem cultural services (CESs) from the perspective of the tourists' perception by using the importance-performance analysis (IPA) is conducive to optimizing the design of greenway and improving the quality of greenway's cultural services, which provides a new way for the promotion of the CESs measurement. This paper uses the IPA to build the CES evaluation model, and divides the Wuhan East Lake greenway into lakeside road, lacustrine road and hill forest road on. The three types of greenway are evaluated from the perspective of the perception of local and non-local tourists. The results show that there are differences between local and non-local tourists in the demand and perception for the CESs provided by the East Lake greenways, which can be summarized into four categories, i.e., same importance-same performance, same importance-different performance, different importance-different performance, and different importance-different performance. Based on the comparative analysis of tourists' perception differences, this paper puts forward 3 strategies for improving cultural services: 1) Prioritizing the development of 5 cultural services in consideration of the common needs of local and non-local tourists; 2) Making a targeted adjustment of the development direction of 2 cultural services in order to meet the needs of different tourists; and 3) Bridging the gap in cultural services for the comprehensive improvement of the cultural service provision capacity of the East Lake greenways.
