中文摘要 浙江省安吉县竹笋资源丰富，竹笋加工起步早。在产业兴盛时期，竹笋制品曾是当地出口创汇拳头产品，对山区社会经济发展作出了巨大贡献。自2008年之后，安吉开展水污治理行动，竹笋初加工企业几乎全部关停，竹笋产业遭遇重创。自2020年以来，随着浙江省和安吉县相继出台促进竹产业发展的政策，安吉竹笋产业振兴迎来机遇。文章在调研安吉现有竹笋资源及加工利用实际的基础上，分析了当前产业发展中存在的主要问题，并为振兴安吉竹笋产业提出了建议，即加大政府扶持力度、加快补齐竹笋初加工链短板、推动笋加工废弃物综合利用、引导竹笋龙头企业转型、重视竹林经营专业队伍建设等。

英文摘要 Anji County in Zhejiang Province is rich in bamboo shoot resources, and bamboo shoot processing industry started early. Bamboo shoot production was once a leading industry to earn foreign exchange in there during its best period of development, making significant contributions to the socio-economic development of the mountainous area. After 2008, due to the water pollution control actions carried out in Anji County, almost all bamboo shoot processing enterprises shut down, which brought out heavy damage to the bamboo shoot industry. Since 2020, with the policies released in Anji County and Zhejiang Province to promote the development of bamboo industry, Anji bamboo shoot industry has ushered in opportunities for its revitalization. Based on the investigation of bamboo shoot resources and processing utilization in Anji County, this paper elaborates the main problems in the current development of the bamboo industry, and then proposes suggestions for revitalizing the bamboo shoot industry, i.e., increasing government support, resolving the shortcomings of bamboo shoot preliminary processing chain, promoting the comprehensive utilization of processing residues, guiding the transformation of leading bamboo shoot processors, and attaching importance to professional teams building for bamboo forest management.
