中文摘要 文章选取杭州市临安区典型住宅区进行夏季晴朗无风条件下的实测研究与模拟验证。研究结果表明,ENVI-met模拟结果与实况接近,能较好反映实际情况:在夏季,住宅区的分布格局在一天内对热环境的影响不同,午后热舒适性最差;绿化覆盖与遮荫情况、建筑布局等微气候因子对内部热环境与热舒适度均有一定影响;住宅建筑间街道会形成夏季通风廊道,适当地增加建筑间距有利于改善热环境。影响住宅热环境因素的研究有助于改善居民夏季户外活动热舒适度。

英文摘要 This paper selects the typical residential areas in Lin'an District of Hangzhou City to conduct the experimental research and simulated verification under the sunny and windless conditions in summer. The results show that the ENVI-met simulation results are consistent to the actual situation, which can well reflect the actual situation. In summer, the distribution pattern of the residential area has different effects on the thermal environment in different time of day, and the thermal comfort is the worst in the afternoon. The micro-climate factors such as greening, shading and building layout have certain effects on the internal thermal environment and thermal comfort. The streets between buildings can form the ventilation corridors in summer, and therefore increasing appropriately the building spacing is conducive to improving the thermal environment. The study of the thermal environment factors which influence the residential building will help improve the thermal comfort of the residents when they have the outdoor activities in summer.
