2019年末,新冠肺炎疫情(COVID-19)暴发影响了人们的身心健康。社区公园作为与居民联系最紧密的公共绿地,在疫情期间对缓解居民消极情绪和提升心理健康方面有着重要作用。文章通过滚雪球抽样法调查新冠肺炎疫情发生前后居民对社区公园的游览方式、情感及健康感知情况,揭示社区公园对居民身心健康的影响机制,为后疫情时代社区公园的规划设计提供参考。结果表明:新冠肺炎疫情期间居民游览社区公园的方式未发生明显变化;疫情期间社区公园对于居民的身心健康具有调节作用,居民对社区公园的场所依恋情感有所增强;疫情期间游览社区公园可以增进场所依恋情感,进而使居民的身心健康感知得到提升。

At the end of 2019, the outbreak of COVID-19 affected people's physical and mental health. As the public green space most closely connected with residents, community parks play an important role in alleviating residents' negative emotions and improving their mental health during COVID-19 pandemics. The study investigated the residents' tour mode, emotion and health perception of community parks before and after COVID-19 by snowball sampling, revealing the impact mechanism of community parks on Residents' physical and mental health, and provide reference for the planning and design of community parks in the post epidemic era. The results showed that COVID-19 did not change significantly during the period of visiting the community park. During the epidemic period, community parks can regulate the physical and mental health of residents, that is, residents' place attachment to community parks has been strengthened; During the epidemic period, visiting community parks can enhance the place attachment emotion, and then improve the residents' perception of physical and mental health.
