英文摘要 Australia is a country abundant in biodiversity. This paper listed the biodiversity-related international treaties which Australia has ratified, reviewed and summarized the administration authorities and the relevant laws and regulations for biodiversity conservation at federal and state/territory levels, described the current situation of Australian forest genetic resources conservation, and lastly made a brief conclusion.
