为比较不同红枣品种外观品质的差异,为红枣产业化开发中果品一致性的分选提供理论依据,本研究利用国际上通用的CIEL*a*b色阶法对10个红枣鲜食、干鲜兼用品种果皮的色差值进行测定,并通过数学方法加以分析,综合分析表明鲜食品种大丹枣、山东梨枣和冷白玉果皮色泽和光洁度高,干鲜兼用品种金谷大枣果皮色泽和光洁度最低,而聚类分析则将红枣分为高亮度-橙红色品种和低亮度-红色品种。因此采用色阶法可有效的将10个红枣品种分成2个商品类型,在实际的生产利用中可根据不同的商业目的选择红枣品种。

Study on Chromatic Aberration of Fruit Surface for Different jujube varieties
英文摘要
In order to compare the differences about appearance quality among different jujube varieties,and provide theory basis of separation for fruit consistency of jujube in the industrial development,the chromatic aberration of 10 jujube varieties with both fresh and dry fresh ones was measured by CIE L*a*b color scale method which is international general,and then analysis by mathematical method.By comprehensive analysis,it was demonstrated that the fresh varieties ‘Dadanzao’ and ‘Lengbaiyu’ had great fruit color and high smoothness,with ‘Jingudazao’ the contrary.And by clustering analysis,10 jujube varieties were divided into high brightness-orange red group and low brightness-red group.Therefore,color scale method is effective to classify the 10 red jujube varieties into two product types,and it is purposeful to choose jujube types according to different commercial?object in the actual production.
