中文摘要 文章通过采集大众点评网上福州市30个公园的评论数据,从景观景点感知、特色环境感知、服务设施感知、游憩活动感知4类进行公园形象感知对比分析。结果表明:1) 公园游客对于景观景点感知最为强烈,最为关注公园的自然环境;对于特色环境感知较为薄弱,普遍认为公园景观特色不够突出。2) 游客对于福州市公园普遍以积极评价为主,但对于公园的卫生条件、停车位设置和公园特色方面还存在一些意见。3) 不同类型的公园优化提升方向不同,即综合公园建设应着重于公园的文化氛围营造;生态公园应重视维护生态环境,打造富有特色的植物景观;游乐公园则应健全公园游憩设施与管理体系,从而营造更好的游憩体验。

英文摘要 Based on the data on the comments collected about 30 parks in Fuzhou, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the parks' image perception from four aspects of perception of scenic spots, perception of characteristic environment, perception of service facilities and perception of recreational activities. The results show that: 1) Tourists have the strongest perception of the scenic spots in the parks, paying the most attention to the natural environment and having a weak perception of the characteristic environment, and their common view is that the parks lack of characteristics in their landscape; 2) Tourists generally give positive comments on the parks in Fuzhou, but they give negative comments on the parks' sanitary conditions, parking spaces and park characteristics; and 3) Different types of parks have different directions in optimization and promotion. The comprehensive parks should focus on the creation of cultural atmosphere in their construction; the ecological parks should highlight the maintenance of ecological environment and create a distinctive plant landscape; and the amusement parks should improve the park recreation facilities and management system, so as to create a better recreation experience.
