以福州市鼓楼区为研究对象,借助遥感、POI、街景等多源数据,利用序关系法、空间分析等方法,从可达性和舒适性构建步行适宜性评价体系,探究步行适宜性与人口活力的关系,为城市街道步行环境评价和优化提供新思路。结果表明:1)研究区整体步行适宜性较差,呈现以东街口为核心向四周递减的趋势。2)研究区步行适宜性高值区域空间极化现象显著,鼓东、鼓西、南街和东街街道特征较为突出。3)步行适宜性与人口活力的关系存在供给偏差,人口活力高-步行适宜性低的区域步行环境建设滞后,居民难以享有步行环境的便捷供给。基于研究结果,对城市街道步行空间提出相应的对策建议,以期满足居民均衡享有适宜步行的街道空间的权益,促进绿色出行。

With Gulou District of Fuzhou City as the research object, the paper uses sequential relationship method and spatial analysis as well as multi-source data such as remote sensing, POI and street view to construct a pedestrian walkability evaluation system focusing on accessibility and comfort, and explores the relationship between pedestrian walkability and population vitality. The results show:1) The study area is poor in the overall walkability, showing a trend of decreasing from the East Street entrance to all directions; 2) The spatial polarization is significant in the high walkability area, among which Gudong, Guxi, South Street and East Street show more prominent street characteristics; and 3) The relationship between walkability and population vitality has a supply bias. There is a gap in the pedestrian environment construction in the areas with high population vitality and low walkability, making it difficult for residents to enjoy the convenient pedestrian environment. Based on the research results, corresponding countermeasures are proposed for improving urban pedestrian space, in order to protect the residents' rights and interests to enjoy pedestrian-friendly street space and promote green travel.
