虚拟自然环境助益人类身心健康恢复已在诸多研究中得到证实。为了加深对恢复性虚拟自然环境所产生疗愈效益及其评估方法的了解,也为后续研究提供参考与新思路,文章以WOS(Web of science)为数据库,获取2010-2022年恢复性虚拟自然环境研究领域共95篇英文文献,采用citespace可视化呈现,分析其研究国家与地区、发文作者与机构、关键词聚类、核心文献研究内容与方法,总结研究热点趋势。结果显示:恢复性虚拟自然环境研究于2018年受到广泛关注,主要研究集中在欧美高校,机构合作网络分散且合作程度低;热点研究领域有探索心理生理恢复减轻病人疼痛感疗愈效益心率变异性生物反馈绿色运动改善患者预后效果环境感知等。基于分析结果,从强化多理论研究应用、建立多维度恢复效果评估体系,以及加强作者间、机构间合作联系3方面提出研究展望。

It has been proved in many studies that virtual natural environment is conducive to human physical and mental health recovery.The paper uses WOS (Web of Science) as the database to retrieve 95 English papers on restorative virtual natural environment published in recent 13 years,and then adopts Citespace visualization to analyze the research scale,countries and regions,authors and institutions,keyword clustering,core content and methods for literature research,and summarize the research hotspots and trends.The results show that the research on restorative virtual natural environment attracted wide attention in 2018;European and American universities are the main force in the research,and the cooperation network is loose with less collaboration;the research hotspots includeexploring psychophysiological recovery , alleviating patients'sense of pain , therapeutic benefit , heart rate variability biofeedback , green exercise, improving patients'prognosis effect and environmental perception .Based on the research results,the paper prospects the future research from the 3 aspects of multi-theory research and application,establishment of multi-dimension evaluation system for restoration effect and boosting the strong cooperation and liaisons between authors and institutions.
