文摘内容 A method for the determination of genistein and formononetin in Maackia amurensis Rupr. et Maxim. by HPLC was reported. The RP-HPLC methods were used as follow: Hypersil ODS C18 column; The mobil phase is MeOH-1% acetic acid solution (gradient),genistein and formononetin were determined by UV detector at 261 nm and 249nm respectively. The results 2.16% respectively. The method is appropriate for determinaton of genistein and formaononetin in M. amurensis。
