文摘内容 By adopting combined method of zoning protection and sorting protection,protection and cultivation planning of Songhua River Wetland in Harbin had been conducted.It emphasized that diversity and stability of resources should be protected,completeness and originality of resources be protected and ecological system be recovered and protected.On this basis,different protection and development strategies had been carried out on different zones including ecological landscape protection zone,natural landscape protection zone,scenery recovery zone,scenery appreciating zone and development control zone;and then specialized cultivation planning had been conducted on wetland resource,animal resources,water landscape,wetland recovery and so on.At the same time,it should control peripheral protection belt,so as to highlight urban landscape pattern of river·island·city,and realize harmonious development target of people·landscape·city.It stressed that protection and cultivation of valuable urban wetland resource were important contents of urban ecological construction.It should introduce new theories and methods into researches on theories and concrete methods according to local conditions,so as to effectively conduct protection and planning,and propose scientific and operational suggestions for later planning.
