文摘内容 Manchurian tigers kept in Hengdaohezi Breeding Center,Heilongjiang province,were fingerprinted using inter simple sequence repeated (ISSR) technique.Seven primers were screened out of 20 primers with 41 sites deprived,The results indicated that 31 bands were polymorphie sites and the frequency was 76%.The maximum genetic similarity coefficients among the 15 tigers were 0.526 3 and 0.0909,respectively.The average genetic similarity coefficient of the population was 0.327 1。
