中文摘要 文章选取宁国市宁阳公园作为研究对象,运用IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis)方法,根据综合公园各环境要素重要程度与使用者满意情况,构建出环境要素重要度与满意度分布模型,并基于该模型从自然资源特征、人文资源特征、服务设施质量、活动项目水准、管理维护水平等角度分析其内在原因,总结其优劣,提出延续宁阳公园徽州地域文化主题、保护现有山水资源、增加游憩设施、注重全时性活动项目打造、提升环境卫生维护水平等具体优化思路。

英文摘要 This paper selected the Ningyang Park in Ningguo City as the study object and used IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) method to constructs the distribution model of environment factors to importance and satisfaction according to the importance degree of the environmental factors and users' satisfaction. Based on this model, this paper analyzed the intrinsic reasons from natural resources characteristics, human resources characteristics, service facilities quality, activity and project level, management maintenance and also summarized the advantages and disadvantages. At last, this paper put forward some specific optimization ideas including continuation of the Huizhou regional culture, in Ningyangpark, protection of the existing landscape resources, increase of the recreational facilities, focus on the full-time-oriented project development and improving the environmental protection.
