英文摘要 Gaozhou is a mountainous city in Guangdong Province, with rich bamboo resources and a long history of bamboo cultivation and utilization. Active cultivation, development and utilization of bamboo resources and acceleration of bamboo industry development are of great significance for increasing the effective supply of forest products, facilitating the substitution of bamboo for wood, increasing the income of people in mountainous areas and promoting rural revitalization. Gaozhou has established 10 600 ha of bamboo forest. However, it is still in its infancy in bamboo resources development and utilization. This paper deeply analyzes the urgent demand for the development and utilization of bamboo resources in Gaozhou, points out the problems existing in the utilization of bamboo resources, such as poor management model, lack of technology and poor infrastructure, and puts forward the countermeasures for the development of bamboo industry from the aspects of industrial layout, operation model transformation, enterprises cultivation and bamboo culture tapping.
