英文摘要 This paper analyzed the experiences of Finnish forestry industry and its forest firms from the view of point of firm's transform ation and developments of natural and human resources.Based on the analysis,the ideas of development of Chinese forest firms were given.The author holds that the natural and human resources should be developed simultaneously and technological innovation should harmonize with org anizational transformation.
