武汉8+1城市圈即武汉以及黄石、鄂州、孝感、黄冈、咸宁、仙桃、潜江和天门8个中小城市。文中通过对武汉8+1城市圈区位特点的综合分析,研究了武汉城市圈林业建设的总体布局;从建设尺度、建设模式和建设重点方面提出了林水结合的生态建设构想;指出在林的建设方面,要按照外围育林养山,内部增林护水的原则,优化森林网络;在水的建设方面,要按照水网连通,江湖相济的原则,构建健康湿地网络系统,促进内外水热交换。在此基础上,根据武汉城市圈地貌特征、森林资源分布现状和城市发展趋势,提出了水轴林扇,多组团多廊道的区域一体化林业建设空间格局,并分别探讨了具体的林业发展对策。

Wuhan urban circle was composed of Wuhan and other eight cities including Huangshi, Ezhou, Xiaogan, Huanggang, Xianning, Xiantao, Qianjiang and Tianmen. Based on the location analysis of Wuhan urban circle, the general distribution on developing forestry was studied. The development ideas of forestry ecological construction were posed by taking scale, model and focus into consideration. For developing forest and regulating forest network, it was important to manage forest for hill soil conservation along the periphery of Wuhan urban circle and increase forest for water conservation in the interior. For developing healthy wetland ecosystem and promoting water and heat exchange, it was important to connect water network and supply water between rivers and lakes. On this basis, according to the characteristics of landscape, the status of forest resources distribution and the development trend of urbanization, the spatial distribution of forest regional integration-water axis, forest fan, many groups and many corridors were put forward. In the meanwhile, the forestry construction Strategy was discussed for different area.
