中文摘要 为科学量化福州森林公园景观美质,文章结合视觉管理评价法 (VMS)和景观美景度评价法(SBE)进行视觉景观评价。结果表明:1)VMS法对地形、色彩等因子评估,得出登山步道区景观美质最高,水景区景观美质较低;对观赏者、景观因子评价,得出人工设施区、专类园区景观敏感度较高,森林保育区景观敏感度最低;对坡度、植被、土地评估,得到人工设施区、溪谷区视觉接受度最高,保育区视觉接受度最低。2)SBE法评估得出溪谷区景观美质最高,保育区美质较低。3)VMS法与SBE法对景观美质评估及专家对景观敏感度的评价,加权得出登山道、专类园区视觉品质最高,而保育区视觉品质最低。建议重点发展人文区,大力开发人工设施区;对水景区进行修饰,对步道区及专类园区进行部分保留,其余均保留。

英文摘要 In order to scientifically quantify the landscape beauty of Fuzhou Forest Park, the paper makes the visual landscape evaluation using the visual management system (VMS) and scenic beauty estimation (SBE). The results show that:1) the VMS evaluation of terrain, color and other factors indicates that the landscape of mountain hiking trails is the highest in beauty and quality, while the landscape beauty and quality of water scenic areas is lower. The VMS assessment of the audience and landscape factor signifies that the landscape sensitiveness is higher in artificial facilities area, while it is the lowest in special parks. The VMS assessment of the slope, vegetation and land shows that the visual acceptance for artificial facilities and valleys is the highest, and the visual acceptance of conservation areas is the lowest; 2) the evaluation using SBE method concludes that the landscape quality of the valley area is the highest, while the conservation area has the lower quality in its landscape; and 3) the evaluation of landscape beauty using VMS and SBE and expert evaluation of landscape sensitivity are weighted, which leads to the conclusion that the visual quality of hiking trail is the highest, and the conservation area has the lowest visual quality. Recommendations are proposed to be focused on the development of humanities areas, while more efforts should be put on the development of artificial facilities, the modification of water scenic area, the partial retention of the trail area and special park, and total retention of other areas.
