中文摘要 林业组织机构的现状新西兰林业组织机构是随政府体制改革而变化,1987年前基本上是以经营国有林为主,1984年国内经济结构剧变,导致一些中、小型林业企业倒闭。1987年后,随着政府拍卖林地,人工林的所有权几处全都属于私营公司和私人,林业组织机构也进行了相应改革。

英文摘要 With the change of New Zealand's domestic economic structure, relevantchange was taken in forestry organization. Its role in scientific research and extensionwas enhanced in the following aspects: (l)promoting the combination of scientificresearch and production, raising the feasibility of scientific achievement; (2)promotingthe simplifying of interior structure, raising the utilization ratio of funds. (3) encouraging scientists to go to fields to propagate and extend scientific research achievements;(4) encouraging employees to attend training, raising the level of scientific andtechnological achievement application.
