竹缠绕复合材料是以天然竹材为基材,以树脂为胶黏剂,采用缠绕工艺加工成型的新型生物基材料,具有质量轻、强度高、综合造价低、承压能力强、保温性能好、抗震抗沉降能力强、绿色环保、节能低碳等特点,可替代钢材、塑料、水泥等传统材料,广泛应用于城建、市政、交通、水利、航空、国防等领域,可大幅度减少不可再生材料的使用。竹缠绕复合材料的推广应用,对于推动传统行业高质量发展,促进中国向世界材料强国迈进以及人类社会的可持续发展意义重大。文章分析了竹缠绕复合材料的发展潜力、产业化现状及前景,对进一步推动竹缠绕复合材料应用提出了建议。

Bamboo winding composite is a new bio-based material processed by winding technology, with natural bamboo as base material and resin as adhesive. Bamboo winding composite is a green, environmental-friendly, energy saving and low-carbon material which is characterized with light weight, high strength, low comprehensive cost, great pressure resistance, good thermal insulation performance as well as strong resistance to seismic and subsidence movement. It can be widely used in the fields of urban infrastructures, municipal administration, transportation, water conservancy, aviation and national defense as a replacement for traditional materials such as steel, plastic and cement, thereby dramatically reducing the use of non-renewable materials. The promotion and application of bamboo winding composite are of great significance for advancing the high-quality development of traditional industries, facilitating China.s stride forward to the world material power and sustainable development of human society. This paper analyzes the development potential, industrialization status and prospect of bamboo winding composite, and comes up with the suggestions on further promotion of the application of bamboo winding composite.
