文摘内容       Using the stem-segment with single bud as the explant, rapid propagation of Phot/n/a fi'asery Dress was studied. The results show that the most suitable explant is the shoot apex with length 0.3 nun; the optimized medium for crowd bud propagation is MS + 0.5 mg·L^-1 6-BA + 0.10mg·L^-1 IAA + 30g·L^-1 sucrose; the optimized medium for rooting is 1/2 MS + 1.0mg·L^-1 NAA。
