文摘内容       Adventitious buds produced from the callus of Ziziphus jujube by tissue culture, encapsulated with 4% sodium alginate (basic MS + 0.1 mg·L^-1 ZT + 0.5 mg·L^-1 IBA) and solidified for 10 minutes with 2% calcium chloride, were considered as the artificial seeds, which germinated into plantlets by a rate of 89% on aseptic MS solid medium, and 75.5% and 71% on aseptic soil and aseptic moist filter paper respectively。
