中文摘要 森林食品在人类文明进程中发挥了重要作用,而食品安全和生态安全是人类赖以生存的根本。在人类文明进程视野下分析森林系统中生态安全和食品安全的关系演变规律,对于现阶段食品安全和生态安全的协同实现具有重要意义。文中首先提出了森林生态和森林食品的安全性作用机理模型,而后依次讨论了采猎文明、农耕文明、传统工业文明、新工业文明和生态文明等各文明时期森林食品和森林生态的安全性作用特性,最后运用历史分析方法构建了森林食品与森林生态的安全性演化路径模型。研究表明,正是森林食品安全与森林生态安全相互关系的演变,从一个侧面反映并推进了人类文明的进步。

英文摘要 Forest food plays an important role in the process of human civilization while food safety and ecological security are the foundation for human survival. The analysis of evolution of the relationship between ecological security and food safety in forest system from the perspective of civilization progress is of important significance to realize a coordinated achievement in both food safety and ecological security. The paper firstly came up with the model of safe interaction mechanism between forest ecology and forest food, then discussed the characteristics of safe interaction between forest ecology and forest food in the period of gathering-hunting civilization, agricultural civilization, traditional industrial civilization, new industrial civilization and ecological civilization, and finally built a safe evolutionary model between forest ecology and forest food using the method of historical analysis. The research showed that the evolution between forest ecological security and forest food safety right reflects and advances the human civilization.
