中文摘要 科学统筹布局城镇开发边界内外开放空间对我国实施国土空间规划新体系的重要性日益凸显。波特兰大都市区是最早划定城市增长边界的全球范例,对现阶段我国开放空间规划管理具有借鉴作用。文章在梳理波特兰大都市区开放空间规划管理制度体系的基础上,总结大都市区开放空间规划历史进程,归纳大都市区开放空间规划体系构建方法和开放空间保护的主要特色,最后提出对我国开放空间规划的启示。

英文摘要 Under the background of ecological civilization development in the new era, nature education, as an effective way for people to know, understand, and comprehend nature, is a new means of sustainable ecotourism development, a new direction for enhancing the functions of China's nature reserves and a new industry of forestry development. The paper takes nature education in protected areas in China as the research object, reviews the development history of nature education in China and the research progress of nature education in nature reserves through literature review and inductive reasoning, and discusses how protected areas can use nature education to change their mode of development. The study is hoped to provide a reference for the future development of nature education.
