中文摘要 安吉冬笋体态美观、营养丰富、品质上乘，深受消费者青睐，“安吉冬笋”被获准注册地理标志证明商标，冬笋产业已成为浙江省安吉县特色农业的支柱产业。文章在分析安吉冬笋产业存在问题的基础上，提出了壮大冬笋产业的路径。分析认为，安吉冬笋产业发展面临着鲜加工能力不足、毛竹林管理粗放等问题，培育壮大安吉冬笋产业应走加强竹林高效经营、加大技术和资金投入、推动竹笋产业转型升级、推进竹林碳汇改革增效、强化安吉冬笋品牌化运作、培育竹林旅游产业等发展之路。

英文摘要 Anji winter bamboo shoots are beautiful in shape,rich in nutrition and high quality,which are favored by consumers, Anji Winter Bamboo Shoots is approved to register geographical indication and certification trademark,and winter bamboo shoots industry has become the pillar of specialty agriculture in Anji County,Zhejiang Province.Based on the analysis of the existing problems rising from the winter bamboo shoot industry in Anji County,this paper puts forward the pathways to expand the winter bamboo shoot industry.It is argued that Anji winter bamboo shoot industry is confronted with such problems as insufficient processing capacity of fresh shoots and extensive management of moso bamboo forest.In order to cultivate and expand winder bamboo shoot industry in Anji County,the pathways that should be taken includes strengthening the efficient management of bamboo forests,increasing technology and capital investment,promoting the transformation and upgrading of bamboo shoot industry,promoting the reform and efficiency improvement of bamboo forest sink,upholding the brand operation of Anji Winter Bamboo Shoots,and cultivating the bamboo forest tourism industry.
