中文摘要 为了提高枸杞硬枝扦插育苗效果,采用温床处理技术对5种植物生长调节剂促进枸杞插穗生根成苗的效果进行比较。结果表明,经过10 d、20℃温床处理,用15×10-6萘乙酸、15×10-6ABT1、10×10-6复硝酚钠、20×10-6的胺鲜酯、0.1×10-6芸苔素内酯处理的枸杞插穗的生根量分别为0.28、0.38、0.06、0.15和0条/插穗,以15×10-6的ABT1促进插穗生根的效果最优,与15×10-6的萘乙酸的差异不显著,显著高于其他3个处理。这5个处理的枸杞插穗温室成苗率分别为93.75%、96.87%、44.69%、48.96%和41.88%,以15×10-6的ABT1的成苗率最高,与15×10-6的萘乙酸的差异不显著,显著高于其他3个处理。总体以15×10-6的ABT1和15×10-6的萘乙酸促进枸杞硬枝插穗生根和成苗的效果最佳。

英文标题 Effects of Several Plant Growth Regulators on Hardwood Cuttings Hotbed Treatment of Lycium barbarm

英文摘要 In order to heighten the seedling rate of Lycium barbarm hardwood cuttings, the effects of five kinds of growth regulators on Lycium barbarm hardwood cuttings were tested under the condition of hotbed treatment. The results indicated that the root amounts of the Lycium barbarm cuttings treated with 15×10-6 1-naphthylacetic acid (NAA), 15×10-6 ABT1, 10×10-6 compound sodium nitrophenolate, 20×10-6 diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and 0.1×10-6 brassinolide were 0.28, 0.38, 0.06, 0.15 and 0 roots per cutting after 10 days' hotbed treatment at 22℃, respectively. The treatment of 15×10-6 ABT1 showed the optimal effect of promoting the formation of cutting roots, which had no significant difference with the treatment of 15×10-6 NAA and significant difference with the other three treatments. The corresponding greenhouse seedling rates of the five treatments were 93.75%, 96.87%, 44.69%, 48.96% and 41.88%. The treatment of 15×10-6 ABT1 achieved the highest seeding rate, which had no significant difference with the treatments of 15×10-6 NAA and significant difference with the other three treatments. In general, the treatments of 15×10-6 ABT1 and 15×10-6 NAA possessed the better effects of promoting rooting and seedling of Lycium barbarm hardwood cuttings among the five treatments.
