中文摘要 四川地区有着丰富的竹类资源,竹材也因其具有较好的力学性能和独特的美学与文化价值,在四川古典园林中充当了重要的角色。文章通过对四川古典园林经典实例的广泛调研,分析了四川古典园林中竹子的空间营造和意境营造;探讨了竹在四川古典园林中的应用形式;并将四川古典园林中的竹文化与江南园林和北方园林中的竹文化做了对比。

英文摘要 Bamboo is an important part of the Chinese garden culture. The Western Sichuan region is rich in bamboo resources, and bamboo also plays an important role in Sichuan classical gardens owing to their good mechanical properties and unique aesthetic and cultural values. The paper investigated widely the classic examples in Sichuan classical gardens to analyze the bamboo space creation and artistic conception in the gardens. The application of bamboo to the gardens were discussed. At the end, the bamboo culture in the Sichuan classical gardens was compared with the bamboo culture in both Jiangnan classical gardens and North classical gardens.
