英文摘要 With the continuous deepening of collective forest property rights system reform in Qamdo, the reform work has achieved phased results. This article analyzes and discusses the results, experience and problems of the phased of collective forest property rights system reform in Qamdo, and proposes corresponding countermeasures and prospects, with a view to providing reference for collective forest property rights system reform in other areas of Tibet.
