中文摘要 嗅觉景观是人居环境系统的重要组成部分，森林公园作为城市居民与外地游客日常出游地选择热点之一，对其进行嗅觉景观感知体系构建与评价可为森林公园景观质量提升提供借鉴。本研究依据扎根理论（Grounded Theory）对游览者进行半结构化访谈与质性分析，以层次分析法确定嗅觉景观感知体系层次结构，共归纳3个准则层因子与14个指标层因子，结合指标体系设计相应量表对福州国家森林公园嗅觉景观进行评价。结果表明，福州国家森林公园嗅觉景观整体达到满意程度且气味期望与气味芳香度分别在准则层、指标层因子中处优势地位。

英文摘要 The olfactory landscape is an important part of human settlement environment system. Forest parks are one of hot spots for the daily trip by urban residents and tourists. The construction and evaluation of olfactory landscape perception system could provide reference for the improvement of forest park landscape quality. This research uses the grounded theory to conduct semi-structured interviews and qualitative analysis of visitors, and then determines the hierarchical structure of the olfactory landscape perception system with the method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), from which a total of 3 criterion-level factors and 14 index-level factors are summarized. Then the corresponding scale based on the index system is designed to evaluate the olfactory landscape of Fuzhou National Forest Park. The results show that the overall olfactory landscape of Fuzhou National Forest Park has reached a satisfactory level, and the odor expectation and odor aromaticity are in the dominant position in the criteria-level and index-level factors, respectively. The research results could provide theoretical and practical reference for enriching the tourism experience and olfactory landscape establishment of forest parks.
