中文摘要 近年来林产品产销监管链认证在全球发展较快。目前PEFC和FSC这2大森林认证体系在全球影响力最大，发展也最为迅速。中国的林产品产销监管链认证体系已与PEFC产销监管链认证体系实现了互认，因此两者的标准结构与内容类似。文中主要从原料分类、信息、林产品加工转换过程以及销售和流通4个方面对比分析中国林产品产销监管链认证标准与FSC林产品产销监管链认证标准，总结其主要缺陷，并针对政策制定和实际监管提出建议。

英文摘要 The Chain of Custody (CoC) certification has developed quickly at global level. Up to now, PEFC and FSC are the 2 most influencing and fast developing international forest certification schemes. CFCC CoC has been endorsed by the PEFC CoC, and the two are similar in standard contents and structure. This paper made the comparative analysis of CFCC CoC standard and PEFC CoC standard in terms of materials category, information, forest product processing and conversion and the sale and distribution, and concluded the main shortcomings. At the end, the suggestions were put forward for policy development and practices supervision.
