中文摘要 开展新时代林草标准化建设主要任务、策略与措施研究,对高质量推进林草标准化工作具有重要意义。文中提出建立“4个体系”“2个机制”6项主要任务和必须坚持的工作理念、价值导向、原则要求、重要方法、实践反馈、战略安排6项主要策略,在此基础上提出新时代林草标准化建设的6项主要措施,即强化顶层设计、加强组织领导、创新管理机制、大力宣传普及、深化国际合作、争取资金保障。

英文摘要 The research on main tasks, strategies, and measures of forest and grassland standardized development in the new era is of great significance for promoting high-quality standardization of forest and grassland establishment. This paper proposes the 6 main tasks including 4 major systems and 2 mechanisms, the 6 strategies that must be followed including working philosophy, value orientation, principle requirements, important methods, practical feedback, and strategic arrangements, and the 6 measures in the aspect of enhanced top-level design, organizational construction, management mechanism, publicity and dissemination, international cooperation, and support and guarantee. These main tasks, strategies and measures give a systematic answer to how to promote the standardization of forestry and grassland in the new era for the first time.
