中文摘要 文章以北京西山浅山区文化景观资源为研究对象，在系统梳理该区域文化景观特征及科学分类的基础上，借助Arcgis软件剖析浅山区文化景观资源分布格局及现状发展中存在的问题，并结合相关规划研究以及留白增绿等政策背景，构建西山浅山区文化景观发展框架，从宏观调控、中观格局、微观设计3个层面提出建设策略，助力首都世界级文化中心城市的建设。

英文摘要 This paper systematically reviews the characteristics and science-based classification of the cultural landscapes in this area and analyzes the distribution pattern of cultural landscape resources and the problems rising in the current development in hilly area of Western Mountain in Beijing using Arcgis software. Based on the relevant planning and research as well as the policy background of leaving more spaces for increasing green, the paper develops the cultural landscape development framework, and proposes the specific promotion strategies from the perspectives of macro-control, meso-structure construction and micro-design to facilitate the construction of Beijing, the capital city, into a world-class cultural center.
