中文摘要
开展学术期刊评价是加强学术期刊管理、推动学术期刊高质量发展的重要手段。文中在比较分析国内外主要期刊评价体系的基础上,构建了适用于我国林草学术期刊的评价指标体系,采用熵权法确定各评价指标权重,对我国67种自然科学与工程技术类林草学术期刊和7种人文社会科学类林草学术期刊2011—2020年的综合影响力进行了评价,重点分析了2020年的综合影响力评价结果及10年间的综合影响力变化。基于评价结果,总结了林草学术期刊发展存在的主要问题:1)林草学术期刊精品较少,综合影响力总体不高;2)指标表现短板明显,学术水平、认可度、关注度亟待提升;3)10年间综合影响力变化不大,整体向上的发展态势不显著。针对存在的问题,提出了提高林草学术期刊综合影响力的对策建议:1)加大组稿审稿力度,着力提升期刊学术水平;2)加大宣传推介力度,着力提升期刊认可度;3)加大数字化转型力度,着力提升期刊关注度;4)加大政策支持力度,着力优化办刊环境。

The evaluation of scientific journals is an important means to strengthen the management and high-quality development of scientific journals. Based on the comparative analysis of the evaluation systems available for journal influence at home and abroad, this paper constructs an evaluation index system suitable for China’s forestry and grassland related scientific journals, and determine the weight of each index using the entropy weight method. The comprehensive impact factor of 67 journals of nature science and engineering and 7 journals of social science from 2011 to 2020 is evaluated. The comprehensive impact evaluation reasults in 2020 are emphatically analyzed, and the change in the comprehensive impact between 2011 and 2020 is analyzed. Based on the evaluation results, the main problems in the development of forestry and grassland related scientific journals include:1) There are few well-recognized scientific journals for forestry and grassland study, and their comprehensive impact is overall not high; 2) There are obvious gaps in indicator performance, indicating low academic level, low recognition and less attention; and 3) The comprehensive impact has changed little in the past 10 years, without distinct upward trend. In view of the problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the comprehensive impact of forestry and grassland related scientific journals:1) Increasing the efforts to organize and review manuscripts for improving the academic level of journals; 2) Boosting publicity and promotion activities to make the journals better recognized; 3) Strengthening the transformation to digital journals, with the focus on attracting more attention to journals; and 4) Enhancing policy support for creating the enabling environment for journal operation.
