中文摘要 文章总结了精神类疾病的园艺治疗现状，提出园艺治疗体系的优化途径，为相关领域的研究提供一定基础和参考。首先，归纳园艺疗法是由感知觉刺激、心理机制中的情绪反应、大脑机制的神经免疫作用协同构成的康复途经；其次，以精神分裂症、器质性精神病和情感类精神障碍为例，认为当前研究以缓解精神症状、恢复认知功能为主，缺少对干预过程的完整理论框架；最后，基于以上内容的归纳和梳理，初步提出以疗愈景观和疗愈活动为主体的疗愈系统，旨在通过积极情绪、机能恢复、技能学习和社会交往4个维度实现精神类疾病患者的康复。

英文摘要 This paper summarizes the current application of horticultural therapy to mental illness treatment, and proposes an optimized approach to horticultural treatment system, so as to provide the basis and reference for future research in related fields. Firstly, we conclude that horticultural therapy is a way to rehabilitation, which is composed of sensory stimulation, emotional response in psychological mechanism, and neuroimmunity of brain mechanism. Secondly, taking schizophrenia, organic psychosis and emotional mental disorder as examples, we argue that the current researches which put the focus on relieving mental symptoms and restoring cognitive function lack a complete theoretical framework for the intervention process. Finally, based on the above summary, the healing system with healing landscape and healing activities as the dominant part is proposed to help patients with mental illness rehabilitate through positive emotions, physical function recovery, skill learning and social interaction.
