英文摘要 LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging), which can directly get access to the three-dimensional information of ground objects, enjoys unique advantages in forest parameter retrieval. Great progress has been made in its application in forestry, especially in forest survey with ALS (Airborne Laser Scanning) and TLS (Terrestrial Laser Scanning). This paper introduced and compared the advantages and disadvantages in the application of ALS and TLS to forest parameter retrieval. The combination of two kinds of data was used as an example to their use in forest parameter retrieval. Finally, the application prospect was prospected.
