摘要 By now, most plant biotechnologists have mastered the basic skills of manipulating plant genomes using CRISPR–Cas tools. Ever since the first paper demonstrating the targeted mutagenesis in Arabidopsis thaliana and Nicotiana benthamiana1 was published, publications on precision mutagenesis, large-fragment deletions, base editing and gene insertion have flooded the research community.
