在快速城镇化建设背景下,苏南水网乡村景观格局面临着生境质量下降、生态格局破碎化等问题,对生态系统服务重要性与生态敏感性进行综合评价并提出生态规划策略,对于提升区域生态系统稳定性和承载力具有一定指导意义。文章以苏州市吴江区长漾片区为例,运用InVEST模型和层次分析法分别进行生态系统服务重要性和生态敏感性评价,两者结果通过ArcGIS平台进行归一化处理后叠加计算得到重要性-敏感性综合评价结果。结果表明:1)长漾片区生态系统服务重要性高值区分布较广且斑块形态较为完整,呈现整体生态效益良好的特征;2)长漾片区生态极度敏感区和高度敏感区占比较大,该区域受人工建设干扰较大,乡村生态安全面临较大挑战;3)长漾片区重要性-敏感性综合评价高值区域占比较大,该区域整体生态系统服务功能效益良好,但受外界干扰生态敏感性较强,需要进行生态保护和修复。在此基础上,从生态安全格局构建、生态管控分区、生态技术运用3个方面提出水网乡村生态规划策略,以期为国土空间规划背景下苏南水网乡村生态保护与可持续发展提供研究新思路。

Under the background of rapid urbanization, the rural landscape pattern of the water network in southern Jiangsu is challenged by the problems such as habitat quality decline and ecological pattern fragmentation. Comprehensively evaluating the importance of ecosystem services and ecological sensitivity and proposing ecological planning strategies are of certain guiding significance for improving the stability and carrying capacity of regional ecosystems. Taking Changyang Area of Wujiang District in Suzhou City as an example, the paper uses the InVEST model and the AHP method to evaluate the importance of ecosystem services and ecological sensitivity, respectively. The results of both are normalized and superposed using ArcGIS platform to obtain the evaluation result of importance and sensitivity. The results show:1) In terms of the importance of ecosystem services in Changyang Area, the high-value areas are widely distributed and the patch is relatively complete in morphology, reflecting the overall good ecological benefits; 2) Extremely sensitive areas and highly sensitive areas account for a large proportion in Changyang Area, which indicates that the area is largely disturbed by artificial construction and rural ecological security is highly challenged; 3) In terms of the comprehensive evaluation of importance-sensitivity in Changyang Area, the proportion of high-value areas is the largest, indicating that the overall benefits created through ecosystem services in the area are good but it is easy to be artificially interfered. In this sense, ecological protection and restoration is needed. Based on the results, this paper comes up with the ecological planning strategies for Changyang Area from the three aspects of ecological security pattern, ecological control zoning and application of ecological technology, in an aim to provide a new research idea for the protection and sustainable development of rural ecosystem in water network of southern Jiangsu under the background of land spatial planning.
