英文摘要 Droug ht and water resources shortage are great problems for China,and even for all of the world,so it is great importance of study on drought resistance in tree species,drought resist ant breeding and drought resistant for estation technology for ecology and environment construction of drought area and medium drought area.In this paper,the authors summ arize the achievement and progress of drought resistance in tree species,the mechanism of drought resistance,drought resistant breeding and drought resistant forestation technology,and put forward opinions about the drought resist ant forestation in China.
