中文摘要 塞罕坝精神是中国共产党精神谱系的重要组成部分,是推进生态文明建设的强劲动能。文中基于马克思主义基本原理,从人与自然和谐共生视角出发,梳理塞罕坝精神的生成与演进逻辑,进而发掘塞罕坝精神的理论内涵和时代价值,并从拓展塞罕坝精神内涵、提升塞罕坝生态质量、打造塞罕坝生态品牌、融合生态文化宣传教育4个方面尝试提出新时代推进塞罕坝精神传播的实践路径。

英文摘要 The spirit of Saihanba is an important part of the spiritual pedigree of the Communist Party of China, which has accumulated strong momentum to promote the construction of eco-civilization. Based on the basic principles of Marxism and from the perspective of harmonious co-existence between man and nature, the paper sorts out the generation and evolution logic of Saihanba Spirit and then explores the theoretical connotation and contemporary value of Saihanba Spirit. It also tries to put forward the practical path to further spread the spirit of Saihanba Spirit in the new era from four aspects: expanding the connotation of Saihanba Spirit, improving the ecological quality of Saihanba, building the ecological brand of Saihanba as well as integrating ecological culture publicity and education.
