中文摘要 提升生态产品供给能力是推进我国生态文明建设的着力点，也是推进生态惠民的有力抓手。文中基于博弈论方法分析作为宏观主体的中央政府和地方政府与作为微观主体的森工企业和林区职工之间存在的互动关系，探讨目前我国国有林区以政府为核心的林业生态产品供给模式存在的问题；根据分析结果，提出应由单中心的政府主导供给模式转向多中心的林业生态产品供给模式，并且应针对不同情况采取相应的优化供给模式。

英文摘要 Enhancing the ecological products supply capacity is not only the cornerstone of the ecological civilization development, but also a powerful propelling force to produce the ecological benefits for the people. This paper analyzes the interactive relationships among the central government and local government at the macro level and the forest industry enterprises and forest workers at the micro level using the game theory, and clarifies the problems existing in the forestry ecological products supply mode with the government as the core element in the state-owned forest regions of China. It is proposed that the supply mode should be shifted from government-led single-centered model to multi-centered supply model, and the corresponding supply optimization mode should be taken in line with different situations.
