中文摘要 生态产品价值实现是贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想的重要举措,是实现人与自然和谐共生的现代化的必由之路。进入新的发展阶段,找准、抓牢生态产品价值实现的着力点是关键。文中从生态产品价值实现相关政策背景入手,在理解生态产品及其价值实现内涵的基础上,对生态产品作出新的定义,将生态产品分为物产型、服务型、资产衍生型、规制型、生态负产品5个类别,提出生态产品价值核算体系构建的3个目标,最后指出要对生态产品价值实现路径及模式进行系统化设计,在全空间、全领域、全要素中找到最优配置、最佳组合模式,在多主体内部培育价值实现动能,从而实现生态产品生产、分配、交换、消费的经济循环。

英文摘要 Ecological products value realization is an important measure to implement Xi Jinping's thoughts on ecological civilization, and it is also the imperative way to realize the modernization of the harmonious coexistence between man and nature. In the new stage of development, it is key to accurately identify and firmly hold the focus point for the value realization of ecological products. Focusing on the policies related to the ecological product value realization, this paper gives a new definition of ecological products on the basis of an in-depth understanding of the connotation of ecological products and their value realization, classifies ecological products into five categories of physical products, service products, asset derived products, regulatory products and ecological negative products, and comes up with three goals that should be achieved in the construction of the ecological product value accounting system. At last, it is pointed out that the paths and modes for ecological product value realization should be systematically designed to find the optimal allocation and the best combination in the whole space, the all fields and the all factors, and to cultivate the incentive mechanisms for value realization within multiple subjects, so as to realize the economic cycle from production, distribution exchange, to consumption of ecological products.
