中文摘要 核桃楸(Juglans mandshurica Maxim.)具有作为核桃优良砧木的特性。对77个核桃楸单株进行扦插试验,先测量根长,以生根率<1为标准淘汰28个单株;再对剩余49个单株进行总根长、均根长测定和均根数因子分析;以生根能力因子进行系统聚类,并经多项比较选出了4个单株。

英文标题 Primary Analysis of Walnut Cuttings Based on Factor Clustering of Adventitious Rooting Ability

英文摘要 Juglans mandshurica Maxim.can be the characteristics as the potential walnut rootstock.The cutting experiments were carried out on 77 individual plants.Firstly,all the length of adventitious roots were measured and 28 individuals were screened out with the rooting rate < 1.Then the remaining 49 plants were analysis by the total root length,average root length and average root number.4 high rooting rate individuals are selected out based on systematic cluster analysis and multiple comparison.
