中文摘要 贵州省赤水市发展竹的历史悠久，几百年来赤水人爱竹、种竹、用竹，竹早已成为人们生产、生活中不可或缺的重要内容。在绿色发展的时代背景下，在“以竹代塑”的绿色风潮下，赤水市大力实施“生态优先、绿色发展、共建共享”发展战略，依托丰富的竹林资源，抢抓“以竹代塑”发展机遇，坚持把竹产业作为首位产业，持续挖掘其文化内涵，传承竹的生态文化、美食文化、非遗文化；坚持联通一二三产，不断做大竹基地、做强竹加工、做美竹文旅；始终以创新赋能竹产业高质量发展，大力创新“竹科技”、探索“竹碳汇”、加强“竹交流”。文章从传承弘扬竹文化、践行绿色发展理念、探索生态价值实现路径等多个角度阐述了赤水市发展竹产业的经验做法，以期进一步探索竹产业高质量发展的现实路径，持续做大“中国竹都”的有效支撑，让竹子成为赤水发展的强市之竹、富民之竹。

英文标题 High-Quality Development of Bamboo Industry to Boost Common Prosperity in Chishui City, Guizhou Province

英文摘要 Chishui City in Guizhou Province has a long history of bamboo development. For hundreds of years, people in Chishui have loved, planted, and used bamboo, and bamboo has become an indispensable and important part of people's production and life. In the context of green development and “bamboo as a substitute for plastic” initiative, Chishui City vigorously implements the development strategy of “ecological prioritization, green development, co-construction and sharing” to seize the development opportunity of “bamboo as a substitute for plastic” by relying on rich bamboo forest resources. The city insistently takes the bamboo industry as the leading industry to continuously tap cultural connotation and inherit the ecological culture, food culture, and intangible cultural heritage of bamboo. It also adheres to the interconnection of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries to continuously build up bamboo bases, strengthen bamboo processing, and create bamboo-based cultural tourism, and always facilitates the innovation-driven high-quality development of bamboo industry to vigorously innovate “bamboo technology”, realize “bamboo carbon sink”, and strengthen “bamboo-oriented exchange”. This paper expounds the experiences and practices of Chishui City in its development of bamboo industry from the perspectives of inheriting and carrying forward bamboo culture, practicing the concept of green development, and exploring the path of ecological value realization, with a view to further exploring the practical path to high-quality development of bamboo industry and continuously expanding the effective support for building “Bamboo City of China” so as to make Chishui City a strong and well-off city based on bamboo development.
