英文摘要 Sightseeing planning plays a quite important role in comprehensive planning of scenic area. It requires a balance between scenic resources protection and sightseeing experience. This paper put the focus on sightseer. By combining the sightseeing experiences and cognitive psychology theories, the paper analyzed the sightseeing psychology, sightseeing behavior and sightseeing artistic conception of people. Furthermore, the tour organization approaches, scenic spatial units, tour route and so on were expounded, and the formulation methods for specific sightseeing planning in the comprehensive planning of scenic area were discussed.
