中文摘要 林下经济对于促进农民增收、加快林业产业结构调整步伐、巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果、推进乡村振兴具有重要作用。广西河池市凤山县近年来走出了一条具有特色的林下经济发展之路，但仍面临可持续发展资源匮乏、基础设施配套与生态环保存在短板、劳动力紧缺、技术人才不足、金融支持力度有待增强、精深加工龙头企业较少等制约因素。为推进凤山县林下经济高质量发展，巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴的有效衔接，文中提出如下建议：1）加强管护工作，综合利用林下资源；2）加强金融税收支持，完善林下经济基础设施；3）加强科技支撑，促进林下经济人才培养；4）依靠龙头企业带动，促进林下经济三化发展经营。

英文摘要 Economic activities under the forest canopy play an important role in increasing farmers' income, accelerating the pace of forestry industrial structure adjustment, consolidating and developing the achievements of poverty alleviation and promoting rural revitalization. In recent years, Fengshan County of Hechi City in Guangxi Province has developed a road of the development of economic activities under the forest canopy with its own characteristics. However, it is still faced with constraints such as the shortage of sustainable development resources, the shortage of infrastructure and ecological environment protection, the shortage of labor force, the shortage of technical experts, the need for enhanced financial support, and the lack of leading enterprises in intensive processing industry. In order to promote the high-quality development of economic activities under the forest canopy in Fengshan county and strengthen the effective connection between poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization, this paper puts forward the following suggestions:to strengthen the management and protection and make comprehensive use of resources under the forest canopy; to strengthen the financial and taxation support, thus to improve infrastructure; to reinforce scientific and technological support, and then to better promote the training of talents; to rely on leading enterprises to promote scale operation, industrialization and intensive development of economic activities under the forest canopy.
