中文摘要 城市绿道要得以实施,规划设计手段只是其中重要的组成部分,而实施后的保障机制对绿道的长期健康发展将起到积极的决定性作用。鉴于我国城市绿道实践刚刚起步,处于探索阶段的特点,文章以绿道研究与实践的先行国家美国的城市绿道实施保障机制中的资金投入进行分析,找出两国差距,并对中国的绿道健康发展提出建议。

英文摘要 Planning and design is only the important part for them building of urban greenway, while the legal and administrative guarantee mechanism put in place after the building plays a active and vital role in the long-term and healthy development. Urban greenways building started late in China and on the stage of exploration. The paper analyzed the funding to urban greenway building in the USA as precedent in greenway study and practices, pointed out the gap in the greenway building between China and the USA, and finally gives suggestions on the healthy development greenway in China.
