中文摘要 福建是我国竹子重点产区,竹类资源丰富,具有发展竹产业的良好基础和条件。福建省政府高度重视竹产业发展,出台了一系列推动竹产业高质量发展的政策措施,在提高竹林经营水平、完善竹产业链条、转型升级传统产业、建设区域品牌、优化全产业链等方面取得了显著成效,但产业发展也存在着部分竹产品竞争力不强、产业内部结构不优、产业发展要素保障不够等问题。文章从完善经营机制、做好竹产业精深加工、优化产业内部结构、助力产业提质增效、保障产业发展要素等方面提出推动福建省竹产业高质量发展的建议和措施,以期为绿色发展和乡村振兴助力。

英文摘要 Fujian is a key province for bamboo production in China with abundant bamboo resources, providing a good foundation and condition for the bamboo industry development. The Fujian provincial government attaches great importance to the development of bamboo industry, and has released a range of policy measures to promote high-quality development of bamboo industry. Significant achievements have been made in the management of bamboo forests, the bamboo industry chain improvement, traditional industry transformation and upgrading, regional brands building, and the optimization of whole industry chain. However, the bamboo industry is also challenged by the problems in its development such as low competitiveness of certain bamboo products, inadequate structure of the industry, and insufficient guarantee for industrial development. This paper proposes suggestions and measures to promote the high-quality development of the bamboo industry in Fujian province, including improving the management mechanism, boosting the deep processing, optimizing the internal structure of the industry, increasing the quality and efficiency, and ensuring the development of the industry, in order to contribute to green development and rural revitalization.
