中文摘要 防沙治沙对于推进中国生态文明建设,实现人与自然和谐共生的现代化具有重要意义。文中总结了中国防沙治沙的成就及存在的主要问题,分析了中国防沙治沙面临的机遇与挑战。在此基础上,提出了5条可供中国未来防沙治沙工作参考的建议:1)科学防治、分类施策;2)依法防治、综合治理;3)保护优先,适度利用;4)多元投入,全民参与;5)国际合作,构建人类命运共同体。

英文摘要 Sandification control is of great significance to promote China's ecological civilization development and realize the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature. This paper summarizes the achievements and main problems of China's sandification control, and analyzes the opportunities and challenges the sandification control is facing in China. On this basis, 5 recommendations are put forward with a view to providing references for future sandification control in China, including:1) Science-based control of sandification with appropriate decision-making for specific issues; 2) Controlling sandification in accordance with laws to achieve integrated governance; 3) Protection prioritization with a focus on proper utilization; 4) Multi-sourced investment through participation of all people; and 5) International cooperation for constructing the community of human destiny.
