中文摘要 大果紫檀(Pterocarpus macarocarpus Kurz)属花梨木类红木树种,果实有木质层,较硬,十分难剥出种子,直接用荚果播种育苗,种子发芽率极低、发芽不整齐。为提高大果紫檀种子发芽率,播种前采用人工剪去果翅、人工破壳、人工剥壳3个处理进行发芽试验。结果表明,3种处理均能有效地促进大果紫檀种子的发芽,以人工破壳及人工剥壳处理效果最好,种子开始出苗时间和完成出苗时间最短,发芽率分别为66.3%和67.7%,分别比对照高11.6倍和11.9倍。但由于人工剥壳费时、费力,成本较高,因此,为节约成本,在实践生产中,宜采用人工破壳处理大果紫檀种子。

英文标题 Different Pods Treatment on the Influence of the Pterocarpus macarocarpus Seed Germination

英文摘要 Pterocarpus macarocarpus is a rosewood tree species,its seed pods have with a hard wooden floors which are too hard to strip out the seeds.Using of seeds directly to semination,the seed germination rate is very low and little.In order to improve the seed germination rate,the three kinds of treatments carried out,such as cut out the fruit wing,broken the wooden floor and pulling off the seed shell artificially before sowing.The results show that the three kinds of treatments can effectively promote the seed germination,the effect of 2 nd and the 3 th are the best,seed emergence time and complete the emergence time are the shortest,germination rate are 66.3% and 67.7%,11.6 times and 11.9 times higher than CK(do nothing)respectively.To save costs in production,the broken the wooden floor is the best.
