在江西省红壤区采用竹腔注射施肥法试验研究了不同配方液体微生物肥对雷竹林分生长的影响。结果表明:硅元素对雷竹林生长有抑制作用;微生物、氮元素、镁元素和硼元素能较好地促进雷竹生长;少量磷元素能有效提高成竹率、新竹胸径和竹高;钾元素能有效提高母竹发笋数、新竹胸径和竹高。根据雷竹林经营目标,筛选出的竹腔注射专用液体微生物肥配方分别为:提高单株母竹发笋数,微生物0.015 g/100 mL、氮40 g/100 mL、钾19 g/100 mL、硼0.010 g/100 mL、镁0.005 g/100 mL;提高成竹率,微生物0.015 g/100 mL、氮30 g/100 mL、磷10 g/100 mL、硼0.005 g/100 mL、镁0.005 g/100 mL;提高新竹胸径和竹高,微生物0.010 g/100 mL、氮30 g/100 mL、磷10 g/100 mL、钾25 g/100 mL、硼0.001 g/100 mL、镁0.005 g/100 mL。

The effect of different formulas of liquid microbial fertilizer on the growth of Phyllostachys violescens 'Prevernalis' stand is studied using the method of bamboo cavity injection in the red soil region of Jiangxi Province. The results show that silicon has an inhibitory effect on the growth of the stand; microorganism, nitrogen, magnesium and boron can promote the growth of Ph. Violescens 'Prevernalis'; a small amount of phosphorus can effectively improve the rate of bamboo culm formation as well as DBH and height of new bamboo culms; and potassium can effectively increase the number of bamboo shoots as well as DBH and height of new bamboo culms. According to the management objectives of Ph. violescens 'Prevernalis' stand, the selected liquid microbial fertilizer formulas specifically used for bamboo cavity injection are as follows:the formula of microorganisms (0.015 g/100 mL), nitrogen (40 g/100 mL), potassium (19 g/100 mL), boron (0.010 g/100 mL) and magnesium (0.005 g/100 mL) is to increase the number of shoots per mother bamboo; the formula of microorganisms (0.015 g/100 mL), nitrogen (30 g/100 mL), phosphorus (10 g/100 mL), boron (0.005 g/100 mL) and magnesium (0.005 g/100 mL) is to improve the rate of bamboo culm formation; and the formula of microorganisms (0.010 g/100 mL), nitrogen (30 g/100 mL), phosphorus (10 g/100 mL), potassium (25 g/100 mL), boron (0.001 g/100 mL) and magnesium (0.005 g/100 mL) is to increase the number of DBH and height of new bamboo culms.
